i had a blank cd in my room, completely blank, the kind of cd you burn stuff onto, and i had no idea what it was, so i put it in my computer to try it out and see what was on it or whatever.

first of all, before anything else, i have news. considerably important news. i am staying in sweden until summer of 2011.
my family has been discussing whether we should go back this summer or stay another year, and my finally decided among all their friends outside watching fireworks on new years eve that we just can’t possibly leave so soon.
i started crying [of happiness], hugged my mom for at least 30 seconds, and repeated “thank you” a plethora of times.
this pretty much represents how i feel about this:

i found that on google. i feel like i should credit the photographer or whatever but i think it’s fairly obvious i didn’t take that.
this is what sweden looked like a few days ago. now it looks like a much less snowy, much more slushy version of this, and it’s FREAKING. COLD. i mean like –14 degrees cold. celsius, not farhenheit, my dear american friends, don’t worry, it’s not THAT ridiculous. but it’s humid here so it makes the cold feel colder.
it’s horrible. going outside in this is not an enjoyable experience.
i am very sleepy. i think i am going to view a film, and then perhaps sleep.
